Formula Maintenance is used to create new and edit pre-existing formulas to be used within Dynamo.

Formula Code Type an abbreviation for a formula code.
Description Enter a description for the formula code.
Cost Discount% Indicate a discount.
Pricing Method

Choose a pricing method:

  • Multiplier times List Price
  • Discount% off List Price
  • Gross Margin
  • Multiplier Times Cost
Quantity
Quantity Indicate the quantities available.
Factor Tiered pricing can be incorporated here; enter the factor percentage for each of the available quantities.
Rounding Rule

Specify the rounding rule:

  • No rounding
  • 1 Round to nearest 1/2 percent
  • 2 Round to nearest 1 percent
  • A Round to nearest .05
  • B Round to nearest .10
  • C Round to nearest .25
  • D Round to nearest .50
  • E Round to nearest 1.00
  • F Round up to next .99
  • G Round to nearest .99
  • H Round up to next 9.99
  • I Round to nearest 9.99
