Assortment maintenance and listings

Assortment Listing

This application is used to print a listing of all assortments that have been created in Assortment Maintenance. The listing will contain the item number associated with the assortment as well as its description.

There also will be several three-letter codes to the right of the page:

• ABM: Assortment Build Method (Automatic or Manual)
• ASO: whether or not the components are included on Sales Orders
• ARD: whether or not the components are included on Receiving Documents
• ATO: whether or not the components are included on Transfer Orders
• ASU: if the sales total has been updated

The operator must indicate:

• the sequence
• the range
• the format (summary or component detail)
• the build quantity (when choosing component detail)
