Fixed Asset Listing is used to list all of a company's fixed assets. The listing displays the category, the asset/ID number, the description of the asset, the vendor & serial number, the location & tag number, the depreciation method, the method of status, the asset's life in years, the acquisition date (where applicable), the disposition date (where applicable), the acquired cost, the salvage cost, the depreciation cost, and the net value.
The operator must specify:
- the fixed asset sequence
- the fixed asset range
- whether to include (A) Active only, (D) Disposed only, or (B) Both Active & Disposed assets
- whether or not to include all acquisition dates (if operator chose A or B)
- whether or not to include all disposition dates (if operator chose D or B)
